India is soon to implement what could be the world's largest public healthcare programme. Dubbed "Modicare", the ambitious scheme is designed as a safety net for millions of citizens who struggle to afford healthcare. It's being seen as PM Narendra Modi's signature initiative to woo the rural and urban poor. Currently, the Indian government spends only 1% of its GDP on health. Our correspondents report.
